
Delivered in Nelson Saturday 17th – Monday 19th June.
Mainland Football delivered its first of two WIL 3-day workshops in Nelson on the weekend. 10 participants from Marlborough, Nelson Bays and Golden Bay attended. The objective of the long weekend was to bring together a group of females from the region to develop a personal understanding of existing experiences, skills and strengths with the aim of supporting participants personally, as well as benefitting Girls and Women's Football and Futsal in the community.

Consider the importance of values for both you and others and how these can positively impact on behavior and meaning in everyday life.
To explore what leadership means and how your personal strengths can support in growing leadership and what impact this can have in our footballing landscape. We explored the benefits of Fantails and the facilitation of girl only product and project planned some exciting initiatives for girls and women in the region.
