Mainland Football is delighted to welcome Former NZF U20’s Head Coach and current Melbourne City Assistant Coach, Des Buckingham to English Park on Wednesday 7^th July.

Des has most recently been located in Melbourne, being part of Melbourne City’s first-ever A-League Minor Premiership-winning coaching team and will be coming to Christchurch to present on his journey!

The topic is ‘Qualifying for the Tokyo Olympics to A-League Premiers - Culture building and playing styles'

Des will take us through his journey of qualifying for the Olympic Games with the New Zealand U23 team to the inside of a highly successful A-League environment and what it takes to be successful!

The event is open to anybody who wishes to attend but for those coaches who are current NZF Advanced Coaches, there are 15 re-accreditation points available for attending.
