PLAYER REGISTRATION

We are excited to annouce that Mainland Football will be represented by six teams at the 2026 NZF Youth Futsal Championships! 

​The tournament comes to Christchurch this year and will be hosted at the Parakiore Recreation Centre from Monday 14th to Thursday 17th December 2026.
We invite all eligible players to complete the form below as an Expression of Interest to Trial and compete for this years teams. ​​​​​​​

To be eligible for selection, players must compete in two Mainland Football Futsal competitions in 2026. One of these must be Term 4 if selected.

Player Eligibility
To be eligible for selection, players must compete in two Mainland Football Futsal competitions in 2026. One of these must be Term 4 if selected.

Age Groups
Please check which age group you fall into before completing the registration form. Age groups are determined by the age a player will NOT turn during the period 1 January – 31 December 2026.

  • Girls & Boys Under 15: Players must not turn 16 at any time in 2026.

  • Girls & Boys Under 17: Players must not turn 18 at any time in 2026.

  • Girls & Boys Under 19: Players must not turn 20 at any time in 2026
